Local delivery will be made within 7 days. We ship internationally at extra delivery costs.

Overview
 

We aim to keep shipping and delivery as cheap and fuss-free. More importantly, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process and deliver your orders as soon as possible. We ship our orders through our in-house delivery team, and other carefully selected delivery service providers especially for Door-step Deliveries. 

General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

Shipping
 

In the unlikely occurrence of a wrong item being delivered, please contact our customer service team within 3 days and a replacement will be delivered to you at no extra charges.

 

For Door-step Deliveries, usually for home furnishing items, we will attempt delivery of your order as soon as your order is ready for delivery. The first delivery will be attempted without any pre-arranged schedule.
 

We will deliver your order to the door-step of your premise, to you or soneone you have authorized (your doorman or receptionist) to receive the order on your behalf.
 

No one at home? No worries - you can request for leave at door delivery when our delivery personnel contacts you upon delivery attempt.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Overview

We stand behind the quality of our products and want every purchase to be a positive experience. We will do our best to make things right if you are not satisfied. We hope that you love your items as much as we enjoyed creating them for you. If you do decide to make a return, simply fill out the Online Return Form and Deliver the item(s) back to us.

Returns Policy

 

We will accept all returns as long as you fill in the Online Returns Form within 7 days after receiving your order. Our Return Eligibility applies for all products in the unlikely occurrence of the following:
 

  • Replacement for defective item(s) received

  • Replacement for incorrect item(s) received

  • Exchange your item for different size or color (subject to stock availability)

  • Item is not marked as "SALE" (indicated on the product page)

  • Others, if any (subject to approval)
     

Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted. Any items returned under these conditions and/or fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to the customer. Only item(s) that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unassembled and in its original packaging with label tag still attached can be returned or exchanged.

JANNAT reserves the right to reject any returns if item does not meet all of the above conditions and if its no longer in an acceptable condition due to wear and tear, misuse, abnormal usage, etc.

Non-Exchangeable And Non-Returnable Items
 

Pillows, Bolster, Cushion Covers & Inserts, Bedding Covers, Towels, Mats, Bathroom Accessories and other hygiene related products

Refund Amount
 

As shipping is a hard cost we incur from logistics, please note that all delivery costs are non-refundable, and there is a restocking fee at 25% of the price you paid for the item. As such, you will be refunded the following amount:
 

Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price - Delivery Fee - Restocking Fee (25% of Final Paid Price)

While some companies build in return fees into their prices, we charge only when you return. This way, you’re not paying for other peoples' returns or shipping.

Returns Process
 

All we need from you is to fill in our Online Returns Form and wait for our customer service representative to get back to you within 3 - 7 working days with the best available timing for us to pick up the item. Please be reminded that returns with items that do not meet the Return Eligibility conditions will be rejected.
 

After item is returned to our showroom, your refund will be processed and you will receive an email notification. Please note that it takes 7 - 14 working days for the refund to appear in your PayPal balance or in your credit card account. However, for some banks, it will only reflect in your next monthly statement.

Please Note:
 

Propstation reserves the rights to withhold any refunds if your original item have not reached our showroom
 

Ensure that return details given are correct and complete
 

Voucher codes cannot be re-issued if you return your order. Meaning, you will not be able to use the same voucher code for another order if the promotion has ended. If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
 

We are unable to accommodate any return requests if 7 days have past from the return date
