What is the delivery charge?


Delivery charge is $30. Any heavy item or 5 bags above will be charged at $10 each. Free Delivery for above $250 however heavy items and 5 bags above policy still applies at $10 extra for each.




Can I exchange my item for a different colour?


We will accept all returns as long as you fill in the Online Returns Form within 7 days after receiving your order. Our Return Eligibility applies for all products in the unlikely occurrence of the following:
- Replacement for defective item(s) received - Replacement for incorrect item(s) received - Exchange your item for different size or color (subject to stock availability) - Item is not marked as "SALE" (indicated on the product page) - Others, if any (subject to approval)
Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted. Any items returned under these conditions and/or fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to the customer. Only item(s) that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, unassembled and in its original packaging with label tag still attached can be returned or exchanged.




How do I request for a refund?


All we need from you is to fill in our Online Returns Form and wait for our customer service representative to get back to you within 3 - 7 working days with the best available timing for us to pick up the item. Please be reminded that returns with items that do not meet the Return Eligibility conditions will be rejected.
After item is returned to our store, your refund will be processed and you will receive an email notification. Please note that it takes 7 - 14 working days for the refund to appear in your PayPal balance or in your credit card account. However, for some banks, it will only reflect in your next monthly statement.




Where is the physical store to shop or pick up my order?


We only have ONE physical store and it is in Singapore. Our address are as follows;
